Inspections are not only recommended for single family or semi-detached homes, but condominiums and townhouse developments
as well, whether the style is row housing or apartment, low-rise or high-rise. In addition to inspecting all of the relevant
standard items (See Scope of Inspection), a condominium or townhouse inspection may include a review of the common
areas and a general investigation into known property management issues such as building repairs underway, special condo-fee
charges and the reserve fund status.
